Can someone point me to a ELI5 video or diagram that I can use to get better at using a sharpening stone? I am not bad at it, but I’ve never been able to get anywhere close to the edge I get with a mechanical sharpener. I know that doing by hand should get me an even better edge (and save my knife), but I really struggle with this.
